Pay My Rent

RentCafe offers payment via credit/debit card and ACH authorization as well as flexible rent payments (subject to approval) and Text To Pay. If you haven’t signed up yet and would like to, contact the leasing office.
 
If you would like to pay with cash or check, come to the leasing office to get signed up for our walk-in payment service (WIPS)—a one-time initialization that takes five minutes. Once signed up for WIPS, you will be able to pay in many locations supported by PayNearMe. The nearest locations to Country Manor Apartments are:

Walgreens

CVS
